The Applied AI Solutions Development program is designed to prepare students for the fast-changing digital world, where AI and data science are reshaping industries. In just three semesters, this practical graduate certificate helps students develop the skills needed to improve business processes and automate decision-making. With a focus on real-world applications, the program teaches how to build and use machine-learning and deep-learning models, while also giving a strong foundation in the math behind these technologies. Graduates will be ready to take on roles as data scientists, machine-learning engineers, and business translators, helping businesses thrive in the digital age.
Requirements
Having Python programming skills is highly recommended for anyone with a diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
If you have a diploma or bachelor's degree in a different field, you'll need to provide extra information if the Academic Department requests it. Additionally, having Python programming skills is required.
English Proficiency
IELTS (academic): 6.5, minimum 6 in each skill band
TOEFL: 88 (online) minimum 22 in each skill band
Duolingo: 120 min overall score
PTE: 60, overall minimum, 55 in each skill band
Program Specific Admission Terms
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Python programming skills are strongly recommended.
Applicants with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field will be required to provide additional information as requested from the Academic Department (questionnaire). Python programming skills are required.
Note: This will be determined through a review of transcripts, resumé and an online interview (if applicable)
